I might have somehow blacked out the grille, and the tail panel between the headlights.

I get the whole raw-metal theme... so maybe I would have used chemically bluing process to turn them black, rather than paint...

Chemically blued metal would look fantastic. That's the same process used on handguns.

Yup, Rad Rides by Troy is one of the absolute best metalworking shops out there. The '69 Barracuda they built for Bonneville hit 317mph, not too bad for a "hot rod" shop.
